- MUST submit video of your head /hairline for your order by text to (737)231-7060, yes you can text BEFORE or AFTER you purchase online. 
- If paying with Debit or Credit you MUST text photo ID to (737)231-7060 for shipping or must be presented at pickup. (No black outs/ all information must be visible/address must match for shipping) (any order canceled will receive a $50 restock FEE deducted from refund)

EXCHANGE:

We have a 5-day EXCHANGE policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for a EXCHANGE, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging DO NOT CUT LACE.

To start an EXCHANGE, you can contact Seamless Stylist at (737)231-7060 or seamlessstylist@gmail.com. Please note that your EXCHANGE will need to be approved before you ship. 

If your EXCHANGE is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an EXCHANGE will NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 5 days of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right/exchange.

Please note there are NO Refunds for all orders. EXCHANGE only
